Other than communication and various other things in a relationship, how important would sex be?

Knowing that sex is not THE most important things, how important would you say it is to a relationship between two people?

It is hard to put a number on how important. . . you can’t define it in percentages.
I know a lot of couples put a lot of importance of sex in the relationship.

For me it is an outward expression of my love for my partner. To look in his eyes and see the satisfaction in them and on his face. To give him over to total pleasure, is one of the best feelings.

So I would place it up near the top, but it is not the most important thing in our relationship. I know if we were never to have sex again we would stay together, because we based our love on other things, not just sex.

Can someone please edit my essay on the importance of human relationships?

Our well being is about having meaning in our lives developing as a person and feeling that our lives are fulfilling and worthwhile. Our relationships provide for our most basic human needs. Through our relationships, we are sustained in our personal growth and development. Our relationships are the substance from which each of us grows and interacts. The relationship substance strengthens our bonds and builds trust. As we grow, we learn from our life experiences. Reinforcement of values is what makes us who we are as individuals. For example, support and confidence from others helps mold us into being a positive part of society. What makes individuals who they are is contributed by everyone who has helped and guided that person. Whether our family structure is composed of one or both parents, or other family members, strong support from others is essential for our well being.
Just as human relationships are essential for our well being so is being able to trust others. Trust impacts everyone. It affects the quality of every relationship, every communication, and every effort in which we are engaged. The ability to establish, grow, extend, and restore trust is not only vital to our personal and interpersonal well being but for the community as well. I believe that within every individual is the ability for them to reach their full potential. We seek to act with integrity in our lives, fostering trust in our relationships with family, friends, and others. As people’s lives become more fulfilled, so this makes a positive change in how they interact with those around them, and these in turn affect others. As a result of this, one person living their life according to who they are can, in a sense, bring positive change to the world. We can be the ones to give others that sense of hope that they need to change their lives and improve their well being.
The essence of humanity belongs to the differences among individuals. These dissimilarities should never be the sources of hatred or conflict. People need to respect each other for their differences. Therein lies a fundamental principle: respect for diversity. We are all different but yet want the same things for each other; mutual respect for one another. We should respect those that are different from ourselves and respect their culture, traditions, and values. In some ways, all these things put together make us unique individuals. Most of all, we need to embrace our differences and uniqueness.

Seems good to me..

Workplace Etiquette and Communication?

Can you please give me some basic guideline for Office Etiquette and Proper communication among staff members in an organization?

Not talking in loud tones, this is especially important when others are on the telephone.
Being sure someone is not too busy before you start asking them something. Say excuse me do you have a minute, I need to ask you a question, if it looks like they are doing something, in their own office, etc.
Don’t express your opinion about every little thing. Keep it to yourself. If you don’t like something about the office, you can mention it to the supervisor but don’t keep harping on it, they will get the message even though they might not do anything about it.
A lot of communication can be done by e-mail, do whatever is your companys policy/protocol. Discussing things by e-mail with the group prior to a meeting can save time, also after a meeting to summarize, also a copy can go to the supervisor so they can see you are doing your job.

Couples that have been together for a long time: How do you keep the spark in your relationship/marriage?

My hubby and I have been married 3 years, and been together a total of 10. We are best friends, have perfect communication, have fun together, etc…but something is missing. How do you get that spark back?

Hi,

Stuff always gets in the way. ( Bills, Kids, LIFE !) We tend to start looking at our lover as someone we think we know everything about . What He wants…. or what she needs. But the minute we can go back to just treating that person as someone that is new and exciting and stop worring about " What we should do or know" And just start following our hearts and passions. That Spark you are looking for will find you. Believe it or not your hubby feels the same way and would be sssssssoooooooooooooooo happy if You would just take the lead !!!!!!!!! " What have you got to lose……..and What do you have to gain?" Pretend that you just got together …….what did you do……….how did you dress………how did you treat him? Got some ideas? I bet he has some too but he doesn’t think you would approve. That is how affairs start. How about having an affair with your husband?

What are the relationship between tenses and communication?

Both similarities, characteristics, differences, advantages and disadvantages. Use English Language.

Communication is much more context/situation-related and thus a lot larger concept. Tenses then are only a very small part of the grammar, though also they do give you hints of the time (i.e. she will come vs. she had come).
