What is the importance of having effective communication in the workplace?

Having communication in the workplace allows for interaction between workers. Without it no one would know what their jobs were and would not understand what they were supposed to be doing. By having communication, the business will work better because they will be able to ask questions and get answers from their bosses and co-workers.

Without effective communication, we'd be in deep poopoo. No one would know what was going on.

Most work place communication is "monkey moving" – trying to get someone else to help you with your project. If we can't communicate adequately, the task would never be completed.
