It's part of a class assignment, but I am going to write about a couple's communication skill. I wanted to see if there are any good movies or books about communication skill between men and women.
I prefer watching visually, so not How To book.
Do you know any movies that have a good couple communication scenes??
before sunset (it has lots of conversations)
after sunset (same as above)
love actually (lots of couples, lots of perspectives)
note book (dramatic, too dramatic)
wicker park (lots of conflict)
great expectation (absurd and artsy relationship)

I don't recommend learning anything from movies, as it's often not true. but having said that. "Hitch" is great

I liked the movie SOMETHINGS GOTTA GIVE. I suppose it's more for a mature audience but I really liked it.
An old coot whose a womanizer (women half his age ONLY) and never had a serious relationship;
An author who is divorced and used to being her own woman;
He could never picture himself with a woman his age (in fact is dating her daughter when they "meet") and she hates his "type" and yet their worlds collide and they fall in love.
I like the fact that there is a young guy thrown in there for good measure who finds HER, an older woman attractive, and the young guy treats her the way she wants the old guy (who she has fallen for) to treat her…anyhow she bawls her eyes out cause she was fine before but can't deal with the heartbreak now and he can't go back to being a womanizer…keeps having anxiety attacks he thinks are heart attacks but it's really that he is learning about himself and that he really does love her.
When he goes to tell her the young guy is about to propose to her….but in the end "true love" prevails.
I thought it was a cute movie and it's one of my favourites.
