Online source of communication exercises for couples?

My wife and I are trying to learn better methods of talking to each other, so that negotiation over relationship issues does not break down into heated accusations. Does anyone know of a good online source of exercises that, for example, provide guidelines of what to say when things heat up?

We have some books on order, but that's still going to take a month or so. We really need something now.
Please don't try to rack up Yahoo points by trying to be a therapist with this question. I'm really just looking for a good online source. I've done searches, but I'm not having much luck. Anyone know of a site with exercises that literally guides us through patterns of conversation that help keep things on track?

real good insight. a must to practice between lovers who want to be as close as possible. youll enjoy it.

  1. i don't think those books will help to better your communication. The only person to make a difference is you yourself, controlling our tongue, know what you are saying, how to say it, when to say and the enviroment you are in. Reevaluate your altitude, and control your anger or temper if you have such characters. I have read a punch of those books but nothing realy major contained in them.
