you can also try reading, it helps alot

You could try Modern language books. I like the books with "Slang" in them, this will better prepare you for casual conversations. Also if it is for work, my friend is Russian and has a beginner's guide to english work language and terms.

I’ll dare to say that reading is one of the most important foundation to a successful communication.
Find a topic you really interesting at and be passion ab it and not only you’ll improve your communication skill, but your vocabulary and grammar.
Another one is talk to others… go out, have fun, hear and pay attention at what is important now.

its simple
watch english channels, specially news channels
and read english newspapers to improve ur vocabulary

and if u want to speak for practise purpose,, call ur custumor care (like airtel,,vodafone etc etc)
and talk whatever u want regarding ur connection weather u know it or not
u’ll open up slowly and slowly,,,,,,,,,,,,,

For improving English, start reading English Newspapers, magazines… listen to English Radio channels, watch English movies. More you listen to them, more you'll get confidence to speak yourself.
And this way, your vocab will also improve.

Ask your friends to help you, ask them to interact with you in English… I hope they'll definitely help you.
